SEPTIC TANK

As Ardmara is located in a rural setting, the property operates on a septic tank system. We kindly ask that ONLY TOILET PAPER IS FLUSHED. Wipes, sanitary products, and anything else should be placed in the bins provided, as flushing them can cause blockages and may result in call‑out charges.

PETS ALLOWED

To help keep Ardmara’s woodland setting clean and enjoyable for everyone, please pick up and dispose of any dog poo in the garden and while out on walks. It really helps protect the local environment and wildlife. Please also cover the furniture with suitable pet blankets/covers before allowing your pet on sofas or chairs.

SMOKING

No smoking or vaping is allowed in the house.  However, smoking is allowed in the garden but cigarette butts must be disposed of in the bin provided.
