Ardmara Terms & Conditions Welcome to Ardmara.
These Terms & Conditions help ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay for all guests. By booking with us, you agree to the guidelines below, along with our House Rules, Pet Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Bookings & Payments Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received through our secure system. Prices shown at the time of booking are accurate and may vary seasonally.
Check‑In & Check‑Out Check‑in is available from 16:00, and check‑out is by 10:00. If you need flexibility, please contact us — we’ll help where we can.
Guest Responsibilities We ask guests to treat Ardmara with care and let us know if anything needs attention during your stay. Accidents happen — a quick message helps us keep the house running smoothly for everyone. Damage & Excess Cleaning Normal wear and tear is expected. However, significant damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning may incur an additional charge.
Occupancy The property must not exceed the maximum number of guests stated at booking. If you’d like to add someone to your stay, just get in touch ( Maximum of 8 persons). Use of Facilities Some areas may be unavailable or restricted. Please note: the conservatory and Garage are currently not in use. Any private or staff‑only areas will be clearly marked.
Pets Pets are welcome under our Pet Policy. By booking, you agree to follow the guidelines, including cleaning up after pets and preventing damage.
Smoking & Vaping Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas.
Liability Ardmara cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to guests or personal belongings during your stay, except where required by law. Please keep valuables secure. Events Beyond Our Control If your stay is affected by circumstances outside our control — such as severe weather or government restrictions — we’ll do our best to help, but we cannot be held liable for interruptions or cancellations caused by such events.
Updates We may occasionally update these Terms & Conditions. The version in place at the time of booking applies to your stay.
